This page allows you to define security labels based on existing Integrity and Secrecy Categories. You can also view and rename a security label. You cannot delete or modify a security label.
Once defined, a security label can be assigned to an Volume or to any NDS attribute. Security labels can also be used to define a clearance.
Defined Security Labels
The Defined Security Labels field displays a label that has already been defined. Click on the down arrow to select a different defined security label.
Secrecy Categories Available
This field lists the secrecy categories available for use in defining a label. NMAS comes with some categories pre-defined. You can also define your own secrecy categories by clicking on the Define Categories tab on the Security Policy object.
Secrecy Categories Selected
This field lists the secrecy categories used to define the selected security label.
Integrity Categories Available
This field lists the integrity categories available for use in defining a label. NMAS comes with some categories pre-defined. You can also define your own integrity categories by clicking on the Define Categories tab on the Security Policy object.
